We believe in God’s Word as summarized in these five points of the Reformation
Sola Scriptura – Scripture Alone
The only true perfect and trustworthy word of God is the Bible
All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness– 2 Tim 3:16
Solus Christus – Christ Alone
The only way to Salvation is through Jesus Christ who died for our sins and rose again
Therefore he is able to save completeley those who come to God through him, because he always lives to intercede for them. – Heb 7:25
Sola Gratia – Grace Alone
The only reason we are saved is by God’s grace and love
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God- Eph 2:8
Sola Fide – Faith Alone
The only thing God demands of us for salvation is faith in Him and our works will not bring salvation
Not by works, so that no one can boast – Eph 2:9
Soli Deo Gloria – To the Glory of God Alone
The only purpose of our lives on this earth is for God’s glory
So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. – 1 Cor 10:31
